217 – DX MSU – Capital (HC) | Secure Contributions

Delta Chi is finally on campus! The Campaign for Delta Chi will build a cornerstone for our brotherhood on campus, not just for our future undergraduate members, but for all alumni.

This capital campaign goal of $500,000 will focus on reducing the debt-load of the newly purchased property to a more managable level for when our recolonized chapter inhabits it in a few years. It will also help furnish the commercial kitchen with new appliances and modify the first floor room configurations to best accommodate our needs.

Delta Chi’s new chapter house highlights:

– 12,698 square feet over two stories
-15 double occupancy rooms
-6 large study rooms
-Alumni guest room
-Library/Parlor
-Resident Director Suite
-Large commercial kitchen
-Front and Rear covered porches and patios
– +/- 1.47 acres of land
